All the Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods between the Supplier and the Buyer and will prevail over any other communication, contract or documentation by the Buyer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions claims to prejudice the buyer's rights as a consumer, but to offer security and peace of mind when accessing and purchasing through www.luxtable.it
These terms and conditions can only be changed if the Supplier expressly agrees in writing.
The Supplier has the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time, but this right will not affect the existing terms and conditions (including any special or variable conditions and conditions accepted by the buyer at the time of purchase).
If the purchaser accepts delivery of the goods, it will be considered as definitive proof of the purchaser's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The conditions applied through www.luxtable.it (from now on, website) will be accepted by the buyer when you formalize an order with LuxTable thus accepting all the Terms and Conditions.
The buyer will be informed of his order by e-mail to the e-mail address registered on the website when you formalize an order, when he makes the payment, when the order is awaiting preparation, when the order is in preparation when the order is being shipped, when LuxTable has the tracking number offered by the transport agency and when the order has been delivered; this last step can be accompanied by an e-mail or a phone call to know the opinion of the service and the satisfaction of the buyer and to improve the quality of our customer service. Taking into account the aforementioned clause, the buyer accepts the delivery times specified on all product sheets and invoices.
Any complaint by the buyer must be made in writing to the supplier by contacting the customer service email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Working days are understood to be non-public holidays in Italy, from Monday to Friday inclusive.
The measurements of some products may vary slightly from the announced measurement (+/- 1%) as well as the shade or material of the product, the product images can be appreciated distinctly depending on the browser or device with which they are viewed, therefore the buyer is consequent of the purchase of the products and the acceptance of the previous conditions of sale at the time of purchase in LuxTable.
All products are covered by a 1-year factory warranty, LuxTable will not be held responsible for inappropriate assembly or any misuse of the purchased products.
The supplier will not be held responsible for orders refused by the carrier or transport company at the time of delivery.
No return or refund request will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt of the product regardless of the reason. In accordance with the provisions of Law 3/2014 of March 27 amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws approved by Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured expressly on request and/or according to customer specifications or exclusively according to their needs, in this case, any resulting expenses will be borne by the buyer.
LuxTable will not be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, as it is an external service and beyond our control. Any requests in this regard will be submitted directly to the company that will make the delivery. At the time of purchase, contract this service beyond our competence, you will have 24 hours from receipt of the order to notify LuxTable of any obvious imperfections caused by incorrect handling of the packaging or transport by the transport agency by contacting email@example.com as soon as possible
To place an order that the buyer must use the process described in the purchase process through www.luxtable.it and formalize the payment by bank transfer or credit card, you can also place the order by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and make the payment by bank transfer following the steps that the operator will indicate by e-mail.
All invoices for orders will be automatically generated once payment has been formalized and validated by the beneficiary bank. Invoices can be requested at the email address email@example.com
All orders will be considered as an offer to the buyer to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Supplier. The Supplier may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
The buyer will be able to check the status of his order at any time by accessing the private section of his account and downloading the purchase invoice once the payment has been formalized and validated by the bank or by contacting via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with a response time of 24-48 hours on working days and working hours.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. They do not include handling and shipping costs. email@example.com reserves the right to change this price without notice, as well as the removal from the catalogue or stock of any item or the introduction of new ones.
Purchased products must be paid for after ordering through one of the selected payment methods which will be detailed in the purchase process, based on the payment method chosen by each buyer. No product can be reserved without any advance payment before the order is finalized.
The handling and shipping costs will be charged to the customer and will be specified in the final summary of the order.
G- RIGHTS OF THE SUPPLIER
LuxTable reserves the right to withdraw any Product from the site without notice and without any liability.
LuxTable reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.
Prices are not guaranteed for a period of time. LuxTable reserves the right to update the prices shown and will endeavour to ensure that the prices are correct at the time the buyer places an order.
In the event that any payment is delayed or unpaid by the buyer within 7 calendar days from the order creation date, LuxTable will immediately stop or suspend delivery of the goods until full payment has been credited.
H - CONSUMER RIGHTS
This chapter deals with the additional rights of buyers, which they can use to exercise the right of return in the event that the delivered goods have imperfections (Defects) or arrive in poor condition.
1- Returns of defective products
All customers have the right to return defective or non-compliant items when they have been properly registered by our after-sales service.
The articles on the site provide information on measurements and colours that are close to reality. However, they are not 100% reliable, because colours can be perceived differently from reality depending on the screens used, the levels of light and contrast and other conditions outside our site.
In particular cases of doubt about the accuracy of the images, we invite you to check all the information with our technical department. We will be happy to hear from you and help you. All returns for technical reasons of this type will be the responsibility of the customer who will have to bear the shipping costs.
All our products have a 2-year warranty from the invoice date against manufacturing defects. In no case, this warranty applies to damage caused by the consumer or damage that may occur due to incorrect use of the products, due to the passage of time or climatology when used outdoors. The guarantee allows you to intervene on the article as many times as necessary at no cost.
The buyer has the right to renounce any purchase without justification, within 14 working days from the date of formalization of the payment of the order. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before the expiry of 14 days (for more information, see the paragraph reserved for TERMINATION).
